10 Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

1 Out of the stump of David’s family will grow a shoot— yes, a new Branch
bearing fruit from the old root. 2 And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on
him— the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and
might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. 3 He will delight
in obeying the Lord. He will not judge by appearance nor make a decision
based on hearsay.

10 Yet they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit. So he turned and became
their enemy and he himself fought against them.

Matthew 3 1:12 NIV (馬太福音)
1 In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the Desert of Judea 2
and saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near." 3 This is he who
was spoken of through the prophet Isaiah: "A voice of one calling in the
desert, 'Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.' " 4
John's clothes were made of camel's hair, and he had a leather belt around
his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey. 5 People went out to him
from Jerusalem and all Judea and the whole region of the Jordan. 6
Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River. 7 But
when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was
baptizing, he said to them: "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee
from the coming wrath? 8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. 9 And do
not think you can say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' I tell
you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. 10 The
ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce
good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. 11 "I baptize you with
water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than
I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy
Spirit and with fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will
clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up
the chaff with unquenchable fire."

那時，耶路撒冷和猶太全地，並約但河一帶地方的人，都出去到約翰那裡， 6 承認他們的罪，在約但河裡受他的洗。 7
約翰看見許多法利賽人和撒都該人也來受洗，就對他們說：毒蛇的種類！誰指示 你們逃避將來的忿怒呢？ 8 你們要結出果子來，與悔改的心相稱。 9
不要自己心裡說：有亞伯拉罕為我們的祖宗。我告訴你們，神能從這些石頭中給 亞伯拉罕興起子孫來。 10
現在斧子已經放在樹根上，凡不結好果子的樹就砍下來，丟在火裡。 11 我是用水給你們施洗，叫你們悔改。但那在我以後來的，能力比我更大，我就是
給他提鞋也不配。他要用聖靈與火給你們施洗。12 他手裡拿著簸箕，要揚淨他的場，把麥子收在倉裡，把糠用不滅的火燒盡了。
Ezekiel 36:24-28 NIV (以西結書)
24 " 'For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the
countries and bring you back into your own land. 25 I will sprinkle clean
water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your
impurities and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a
new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a
heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my
decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 28 You will live in the land I gave
your forefathers; you will be my people, and I will be your God.
24 我必從各國收取你們，從列邦聚集你們，引導你們歸回本地。25 我必用清水灑在
你們身上，你們就潔淨了。我要潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切的污穢，棄掉一切的偶像。26

John 16 5:16 NIV (約翰福音)
5 "Now I am going to him who sent me, yet none of you asks me, 'Where are
you going?' 6 Because I have said these things, you are filled with grief. 7
But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I
go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to
you. 8 When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin
and righteousness and judgment: 9 in regard to sin, because men do not
believe in me; 10 in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the
Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and in regard to judgment,
because the prince of this world now stands condemned. 12 "I have much more
to say to you, more than you can now bear. 13 But when he, the Spirit of
truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his
own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to
come. 14 He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it
known to you. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said
the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you. 16 "In a
little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will
see me."

Acts 2:1-4 NIV (使徒行傳)
1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2
Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and
filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw what seemed to be
tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 All of
them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as
the Spirit enables them.

Romans 8:1-17 NIV (羅馬書)
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free
from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in
that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in
the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in
sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be
fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but
according to the Spirit. 5 Those who live according to the sinful nature
have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in
accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is
life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to
God's law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot
please God. 9 You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by
the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have
the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10But if Christ is in
you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of
righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is
living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to
your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. 12 Therefore,
brothers, we have an obligation—but it is not to the sinful nature, to live
according to it. 13 For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will
die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you
will live, 14 because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of
God. 15 For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to
fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba,
Father." 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's
children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and
co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we
may also share in his glory.
1 如今，那些在基督耶穌裡的就不定罪了。2 因為賜生命聖靈的律，在基督耶穌裡釋放了我，使我脫離罪和死的律了。3
律法既因肉體軟弱，有所不能行的，神就差遣自己的兒子，成為罪身的形狀，作了贖罪祭，在肉體中定了罪案 ， 4
使律法的義成就在我們這不隨從肉體、只隨從聖靈的人身上。 5 因為隨從肉體的人體貼肉體的事，隨從 聖靈的人體貼聖靈的事。 6
體貼肉體的，就是死；體貼聖靈的，乃是生命、平安。 7 原來體貼肉體的，就是與神為仇；因為不服神的律法，也是不能服， 8 而且屬肉體的人不能得神的喜歡。
9 如果神的靈住在你們心裡，你們就不屬肉體，乃屬聖靈了。人若沒有基督的靈，就不是屬基督的。 10 基督若在你們心裡，身體就因罪而死，心靈卻因義而活。11
然而，叫耶穌從死裡復活者的靈若住在你們心裡，那叫基督耶穌從死裡復活的，也必藉著住在你們心裡的聖靈，使你們必死的身體又活過來。 12
弟兄們，這樣看來，我們並不是欠肉體的債去順從肉體活著。13 你們若順從肉體活著，必要死；若靠著聖靈治死身體的惡行，必要活著。14
因為凡被神的靈引導的，都是神的兒子。15 你們所受的，不是奴僕的心，仍舊害怕；所受的，乃是兒子的心，因此我們呼叫：阿爸！父！16
聖靈與我們的心同證我們是神的兒女；17 既是兒女，便是後嗣，就是神的後嗣，和基督同作後嗣。如果我們和他一同受苦，也必和他一同得榮耀。
1 Corinthians 2:10-14 (哥林多前書)
10 but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all
things, even the deep things of God. 11 For who among men knows the thoughts
of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows
the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.12 We have not received the
spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand
what God has freely given us.13 This is what we speak, not in words taught
us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual
truths in spiritual words. 14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the
things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him,
and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
10 只有神藉著聖靈向我們顯明了，因為聖靈參透萬事，就是神深奧的事也參透了。 11
除了在人裡頭的靈，誰知道人的事；像這樣，除了神的靈，也沒有人知道神的事。12
我們所領受的，並不是世上的靈，乃是從神來的靈，叫我們能知道神開恩賜給我們的事。13
並且我們講說這些事，不是用人智慧所指教言語，乃是用聖靈所指教的言語，將屬靈的話解釋屬靈的事。（或 作：將屬靈的事講與屬靈的人）14
然而，屬血氣的人不領會神聖靈的事，反倒以為愚拙，並且不能知道，因為這些事惟有屬靈的人才能看透。
