137
O Lord, you are righteous, and your regulations are fair.
138 Your laws are perfect and completely trustworthy.
139 I am overwhelmed with indignation, for my enemies have disregarded your
words.
140 Your promises have been thoroughly tested; that is why I love them so much.
141 I am insignificant and despised, but I don’t forget your commandments.
142 Your justice is eternal, and your instructions are perfectly true.
143 As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.
144 Your laws are always right; help me to understand them so I may live.

耶和華啊，你是公義的；你的判語也是正直的！
138 你所命定的法度是憑公義和至誠。
139 我心焦急，如同火燒，因我敵人忘記你的言語。
140 你的話極其精煉，所以你的僕人喜愛。
141 我微小，被人藐視，卻不忘記你的訓詞。
142 你的公義永遠長存；你的律法盡都真實。
143 我遭遇患難愁苦，你的命令卻是我所喜愛的。
144 你的法度永遠是公義的；求你賜我悟性，我就活了。

16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is
useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our
lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

當一個同工把人家寄給他的一本小冊子拿給我，我看著這本小冊子，心想：這不可能是真的，因為這本小冊子所承諾的東西是不可能實現的。這本小冊子上的廣告詞說，這是一本包括了853封信的書，可以滿足「一切可以想像得到的個人或商業上的需要」。
When a coworker took his booklet for me which was mailed by other, I read it, thought: This was not true, because this booklet promised the things which was not possible to achieve. It's advertisement said, this book included 853 letters, might satisfy "all expectative needs in person or business".
這本書是否能實現其承諾，我並不知道。我沒有買它，但這廣告使我想起了另一本書，這本書也作出了相似的承諾。
I
certainly did not know whether this book could realize its promise. I did not
buy it, but this advertisement caused me to remember another book, which had
also made the similar promise.
提摩太後書3章16節裡說著：「聖經都是上帝所默示的，於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義，都是有益的。」聽起來真像廣告詞。使徒保羅說，上帝給我們聖經是要向我們揭示他自己，給我們生活的指南，並且要我們知道一切我們需要知道的事情，使我們能在這個世界上過聖潔的生活。
2 Timothy 3:16: "All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what
is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when
we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right." Sounds really like the
advertisement. Apostle Paul said, "God reveals himself
to us through Bible, guides our lives, and wants us to know all we need to know,
so we can live the holy life in the world."

The
Bible has given his word. I know it is true, because I have always been reading
since I bought it, and tries to comply with it in my life. It includes all
the parts of the life. Its content contains the eternal truth, the
instruction and the guidance. Only is this book all-around, have you recently
read the Bible?
聖經給予我們每天為上帝而活所需要的一切；
但假如我們不讀它並不遵照裡面所說的，
聖經就無法幫助我們。
The Bible gives us all the daily needs, so we can live in His will;
But if we do not read and obey what it says,
Then the Bible is unable to help us.
聖經：你讀的越多，你就越喜愛它；你越喜愛它，你就讀得越多。
Bible: The more you read, the more you like it; the more you like it, the more
you read it.
