To weed

12 Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. (Romans 6:12)

It is a bitter assignment to weed in the courtyard, no matter digs the vine or wipes out dandelion, Wanting to defeat God's cursing in Garden of Eden, it indeed besets with difficulties. (see Genesis 3:17-18)

When the land is dry and hard, it is very difficult to wipe out the weed, but after the heavy rain moistens land, then can easily remove weeds. Simultaneously I also note the tender grass which is easy to wipe out, however more difficult for older one.

Bad habit like weed, longer stay then less change, if it can earlier be changed, or has a soft heart which is able to feel God's love, its successful probability will be unusual high.

Paul has ever mentioned God to our big love and the abundant grace. (Romans 5:20-21), these truth like the rain can soften our stubborn heart. But when we see the Jesus gave his life on the cross in order to separate us from the penalty and binding. (6:1-14) then we can positively launch the swift and fierce offensive to the sin.

The negative belief certainly can not remove your bad habit, the faith must actually apply these truths. "The weeding" is the relentless painful process, it must have usually experienced a succession of defeat, then has the final success.

Do you need to wipe out the weed? Sin which got entangled us should not be careless and indiscreet; If you can not early to quit, then you will be punctured by it. The bad habit like too soft sofa sits down easily but set out difficultly.
