11月18日──上帝大愛無限
God's big love is infinite
讀 經：詩篇8篇 (Psalm 8)
金 句：「我觀看……月亮星宿，便說，人算什麼，你竟顧念他？」（詩篇8篇3－4節）
3 When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers— the moon and
the stars you set in place— 4 what are mere mortals that you should think about
them, human beings that you should care for them? (Psalm 8: 3-4)
這個宇宙有多大？如果你問天文學家，他會告訴你宇宙有好幾萬億顆星星，最遠的銀河系距離我們好幾十億光年。不只是幾千、幾百萬，或幾十億萬顆星星，而是有好幾萬億顆星橫掛在浩瀚無際的太空中。
How big is this universe? If you ask the astronomer, he will tell you the
universe to have several ten thousand hundred million stars, the farthest Milky
Way is away from our several dozens hundred million light years. Not only
several thousand, several million, or several dozens trillion stars, but has
several ten thousand hundred million stars horizontally to hang in the vast
outer space.
像宇宙中那樣令人無法理解的景象一樣，有些人斷定相信聖經是一件不可能的事，因為地球和人類實在是太微乎其微了。然而宇宙的浩大不應該搖動我們的信心。相反地，這應該使我們更加敬畏上帝，相信他的恩典。如詩篇第8篇，作者驚訝於上帝的創造力以及人的渺小，接著讚美上帝的偉大和對人的睠顧。
Like the spectacle of universe which is hard to understand, so some people
concluded believing the Bible is a impossible matter, because the Earth and the
humanity are really too tiny. However the vastness of the universe should not
shake our faith. On the contrary, this should make us even more to fear God, and
believe his grace. Like Psalm 8, author surprised God's creativity as well as
human's tiny, then praised God's greatness and took care of mankind.
想想這位造物主，他創造了天地萬物。他將救贖的愛賞賜給我們這些渺小的、有罪的受造物！他珍愛我們每一個人，我們在他的眼裡都是獨一無二的。如同保羅所見證的，基督「愛我，為我捨己。」（加拉太書2章20節）這真是不可思議的愛。
Thought this Creator who created all things in heaven and earth. He will give
redeeming love to us who are tiny and sinful! We are the apple and unique in His
eye. The same as the Paul's testimony, "the
Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. " (Galatians 2:20)
This is really the inconceivable love.
天文學家的發現沒有動搖我們的信心，反而使我們進一步的認識到上帝的奇跡。上帝創造的萬物正無聲地提醒我們：上帝那永恆的、無限的愛！
Astronomer's discovery has not shaken our faith, instead makes us further
understanding God's miracle. All things created by God are silently reminding
us: That eternal, infinite love from God!
上帝，
創造穹蒼；創造深洋；
妝點星宿；也看顧我。
God,
Create universe; create deep sea;
Decorate constellation; and take care of me.
我們在萬物中看見上帝的手，在救贖中看見他的心。
We see God's hand in all things, and see his heart in redeeming.
